A Giving Heart Hat and Gloves Giveaway 2023

On Saturday December 3rd, The Rouse Foundation hosted its annual “A Giving Heart Hat and Gloves Giveaway”.

Smiles were on the faces of the children in the Carroll County community at the following activities: face paintings, glitter tattoos, and ornament crafts. The children received a Christmas gift bag, smores, hot chocolate and other food, in addition to the hats and gloves. Santa and Mrs. Claus were in attendance for children to drop off their wishlists.
